Dr. Jerrame G. Beltran-Ibabao is an Assistant Professor IV at North Eastern Mindanao State University in Bislig City, Surigao del Sur. She earned her Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics from Aklan State University, her Master of Education major in Mathematics from La Salle University–Ozamis City, and her Doctor of Philosophy in Science Education major in Mathematics from West Visayas State University–Iloilo, where she was a DOST-CBPSME SEI scholar.

She brings with her a diverse experience across basic, secondary, and higher education. Since 2007, Dr. Ibabao has been actively involved in curriculum design and implementation, most notably the Double Dose Math Curriculum and the Ability Grouping Approach, which enhanced mathematics instruction during his tenure at De La Salle John Bosco College.

She has served as an MTAP coach, learning leader, research consultant, and adviser, contributing significantly to the academic growth of students and the professional development of fellow educators.
